Mine have already bloomed & gone now. Hard to say since yours were just planted this spring. How long has the foliage been up? It is usually up for a bit before blooming. Give it time though, Eremurius/Foxtail lilies aren't true lilies I believe, but spring planted bulbs always act different than once they adapt. Asiatics & orientals that are planted in the spring often bloom, but much later in the season. If the bulbs were a bit small, they might have to wait til next year. Eremurius can be tricky, so that they came up is a good sign.
