My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

IKEA Light Timers

Just wanted to put a post up that I was just at Ikea and saw light timers for $4.99 (for a 2 pack)! Can't say that I'm an expert in all the light timers out there, but I'm pretty sure 4.99 is a lot cheaper than what I paid for my timer. Good luck!
