Last year I planted an Orienpet called Oriana. B&b's describes it as butterscotch with a raspberry stripe/swirl, and that's exactly how the flowers looked last year. I got three flowers and they were absolutely stunning.

This year, the plants were much stronger and taller, and they were loaded with buds, but to my disappointment the first few just bloomed and they no longer have the raspberry stripe.

Anyone have any idea why that would happen?

They look kind of boring without the stripe.
