Light Setup (Vertical Orientation) Question

Hello all!

I'm curious on a particular setup and if it would work or fail at growing a plant. In this instance the first plant I'd grow is a tomato plant.

In the crude drawing below I have a 90W LED Flowering Light that would be directly above the plant. On the side (the real question) would be a vertically hung T5HO Light. There are 8 bulbs making it roughly 4 feet long by 2 feet wide. The bulbs in it are the cool spectrum but I have flowering bulbs already on standby.

I just want to know if this would work. I don't mind rotating the plant daily as in the hydro system it is in after it grows a bit I'd have to do plenty of maintenence anyway just to keep the nutes in check. I also understand that it might look like a waste of energy since it'd only be directed at one plant but I don't have the money for the system I'm saving for yet and that system would produce more produce. Ha.

Anyway thanks for tips, suggestions and answers.
