I would get the GE Sunshine or any other cheap bulb that is 5000k. I buy Sylvania Sunstick for around $24 a case.

With your recommendations, it will be one of these:

I wouldn't buy either of those. They are both lacking in blue and have too much red IMO. If you want long internode length then be my guest.

But see these are the types of plants you want long internode length with. See we have all kinds of lights. We can pick and chose what colors in what enviroment we please. We play with light. Better yet everything comes store bought no muss no fuss. This particular plant produces a caduex blub. I hope that's spelled right. A big potato. But it''s those arms that get you the flowers. So for me it's just giving those arms more room to grow between those nodes. And too I don't alway want to grow another hauking big plant. But that doesn't mean I don't want alot of plants. Even the size container is useful to contain the size of the plant. So that around Christmas I have Desert Roses, Budda Bellies, Money Pod trees, Pony tail palms, Little egg trees and Christamas peppers all in the space of a lap top
