The only reason to overdrive bulbs is lack of space. You actually lose light with less bulbs since one bulb will only put out approximately 70-75% of the light that 2 bulbs will.

That being said I would say yes it is possible given the wiring shown. This is trial and error and I wouldn't say there are any experts in the field but if anyone comes close it is Zink. I've done a few but without doing that particular model you just have to try it to see. It is not on any list that I have found. Most if not all of the people doing this are using T8 ballasts.

No they will drive any bulbs. Why are you using so many ballasts. Get 4 bulb ballasts to overdrive 2 bulbs.
