I think this is the Robert Abbey bling light in nickel custom hung on wires instead of the hardware it comes with or a copy of the bling/arctic pear. The arctic pear very obviously does not look like this- look closely at the rim...the rim is usually tucked in on the arctic pear and the clips on the wires are definitely not seen.
