Hi - I have crinums - there might be more info on the bulbs forum. BUT, if i remember correctly, mine did not bloom the year i transplanted them (from dog's portion of the yard, to save them). They have bloomed fine ever since though. Give them a chance until next year on that....
MINE were very Deep when i dug them up - i don't know how invasive they are at this point, but i do know they do get really big (leaves, etc.).

Here's ours. It has been there for at least 10 years or more. It was a pass along. I was told to plant it deep in a place where it would never have to be moved. The clump gets larger each year but I wouldn't say it is invasive. It also blooms more every year. It began blooming in May and still has been blooming on and off all summer. It has a bloom stalk now. EP
