I will be starting seeds for the first time this year. How long do the lights need to be on the seedlings every day? 14 hours? I have also read that I need to keep a fan on them for a short time every day. Is 15 min a day long enough?

I am going to start a test run this weekend to make sure I know what I am doing before I start the ones I plan on using. I am sure I will have more questions as I go!!
