I have sizable confederate rose and sweet olive that i need to move...when is the best time to move these plants. The CR is just starting to get its leaves after this long dreadful winter. The osmanthus took a cold hit but recovered nicely, almost to the point of looking twice as good as it did last year. Thanks so much for your time and info..
