These Heuchera need resurrecting can you do it ?

I planted these Heuchera a month or so ago. The leaves soon wilted and dried up. I don't know why, it could have been the transition from a cooler climate to my much warmer climate, the fertilizer I used that being a fish and kelp NPK 4-3-3, or the sun. None the less, I pulled these tubers this morning and noticed a lot of rotting, but not the tuber itself. How can I save this heuchera? They are doing noting outside but just sitting there saying you killed me.
