I have chosen a champagne limestone tile 12x24 for my main tile in my shower (which is large- 4'x8') and I have chosen a mosaic made of mother of pearl , glass and marble brick pattern tile for an accent. My dilemma is whether to put the accent tile horizontally all the way around the 4x8 shower walls (actually 3 walls and the third will be glass) OR should it go vertically behind the showerhead. I like that look but then I am not sure about the other 2 walls. There is to be a niche in the long way in the center so it could go in there. Would that look better? Also will have white spring granite on a corner seat and on the curb.
Need some advice before the tile guy comes this week. I have enough tile to do either design.
