My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Garden Phlox

Do you know anyone who is needing to establish a large garden bed? I have many garden phlox plants with unknown pedigree that I'd like to get rid of.

They are a very pretty pink, or variegated pink and white.

I have probably 15-20, and would like to find homes for 10 of them - quickly!
