Cilantro, chard, lettuce, tatsoi, arugula, Tokyo bekana?

If the onions have sprouted, I figure 3-4 weeks for green onions.

if you have the room try seedless cucumbers on a string trellis system with tomato clips.. the seed is a little pricey but you get good money for them at market...

I guess I might go for the onions after all. Do you have much success selling immature regular onions as green onions? It's the first time I'm trying it.
I'd like to avoid frost-sensitive veggies because it's still very cold at night.
I thought of tatsoi and the other brassicas but they bolt by mid-May here.

Chervil is quick and easy. Sorrel might do as well.
