Specializing in a few things

My mind has started working on an idea to cut back to my favorite crops. It started with thinking I might get kicked off the land I rent and I know of an acre for rent in a town a bit too far away. so I thought what if I rented there and just did the less labor intensive stuff? Then I thought why don't I do that even if I am back in my usual place next year. The thing is I could do markets but not any CSAs by myself since I wouldn't have a complete crop list. I would like to specialize in cutflowers, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, interesting winter squash, possibly charentais melons, garlic, onions, leeks, shallots, broccoli, sweet potatoes and herbs. And cut out :peas, beans, root veggies, potatoes, (greens?) other brassicas, cucs and zucs.

Any ideas for selling?

Sounds to me like your specializing would be a full booth. Everytime that I try to cut back, I seem to add something else. As soon as you would have 3-5 items on your table each week, myself I would be happy.

I am cutting back this year and growing more of what sells. I cut out alot of the hot and sweet peppers. While I enjoy growing and picking them, I don't sell alot. I am expanding my cuc and zuc numbers along with potatoes, okra, tomatoes, onions, and leeks. In addition, I am working on a better succession planting plan.
I am also expanding my "Farm" by adding another 1/2-3/4 of an acre of winter squash at my families farm 35 miles away.
