Using one injector for two part Nutrients

Hello,

I have a dosatron nutrient injector that I use to feed the tomatoes grown in our greenhouse.

The concentrated nutrients need to be mixed in two separate drums so they don't react and form a precipitate. Last year I only had one injector so I would give them the base nutrient + Magnesium Sulfate for a few days and then switch the suction tube to the other drum with calcium nitrate for a few days.

My question is: Is this ok to do this? Will it cause problems with the injector or create a nutrient deficiency?
