My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I posted this awhile back on the seed exchange forum, but it quickly disappeared in all the activity over there. Hope its OK to post it again, closer to my backyard:

"This may be a long shot,but what the heck. I wanted to try the COSTA mix from Johnny's this year. Unfortunately, they're sold out already, so I ordered the ANIMATION mix instead (also nice). Both packets are supposed to contain 50 seeds. If anyone's willing to exchange some of their COSTA for my ANIMATION, that would be great." GaryStPaul
