I always go there when it's not busy -- the aisles are narrow and the ground is kind of uneven for their little red wagons. I always get good advice from Harvey, if you want to check and make sure he's going to be available before you go. Also, it would be nice to go when things are in bloom -- for instance the field of peonies or the dozens of long tables crammed with alpine flowers or the daylilies. It's all outdoors, by the way. OK, final thought: you'd want to go when you could spend a lot of time looking at everything, especially if it's your first time.
