I think they should all be fine without recovering them if it is only a frost that is predicted. A hard freeze might require replacing mulch, but generally bulbs don't mind the cold.

I'd throw a sheet over them if they are starting to color out. Probably doing that myself.

The first year I had daffodils we had a snow after they were all up and blooming. So I saw them smashed flat by a snow storm and a few days later, they sprung right back up and were fine. They know what they might be in for coming so early in Minnesota! You can cover them if you wish, but they can take some pretty wild weather.

We've had 10" of snow in early June while the tulips were in full bloom - they were fine.
It's been freezing most nights up until very recently, while the various bulbs and perennials have been emerging, and they are fine - this happens every year.
I wouldn't worry about it...

At my house we have had morning temps around 26 last few weeks and everything has been doing fine. If we get a hard freeze things would be different. Plants adjust to their environment and should be ok.
