Thanks for the information. Do you have a recommendation of where I might find another rectangular fixture with shells and/or crystals? I am lookig for something for a master bath that is different.

Try the fabulous Glow Lighting.com - I believe they are the original designers of the shell and crystal concept but my clients didn't care whether or not the crystals were high or low end as most people cannot tell the difference - a huge savings if you don't either - so my line priced out far less with apples to apples compared. I also specified sconces too so a package cost was usually less.

It is all in the cuts as you know - just like diamond rings. Once you get to 4 carat solitaires unless the people around you wear large, D, flawless too - then most people simply assume it's a Cubic. In my opinion crystals are the same consideration except for full on traditional chandeliers!!

Go with Glow but don't don't buy the more expensive crystal unless it means something to you - In my opinion your money is wasted as they are mixed with shells and hung too far away for even a trained 'eye' to tell the difference.

Glow also offers different colors of crystals to choose from - I do always add a black whenever I can - as I have done couple of other looks - but without shells. Some of my clients went with white fabric shaded styles with white shells and clear crystals - which Glow also sells.

Lighting Universe sells Glow but first go to the Glow site to see more of the line. I don't recall a rectangle like mine but their others would work likely work just as well.
