My neighbors seemed to bloom a bit earlier this year and looked great. Her's are tall and stick up over the 6ft privacy fence but maybe because they're in front of the fence they were protected a bit more from the normal cold spell we got in the middle of our abnormal warm days.

Mine bloomed great in early March because of the weather.

I think that mine did not bloom either. I have two small plants one in the ground and one in a pot and did not see blooms on them. Wondered if they had died over the winter but I found them both growing well. If they bloomed it was way too quick.
