You don't mention how extensive the relandscape job will be - is this several weeks of heavy machines and hardscaping changes or just moving things around?

The good news is all the plants mentioned are very tough and you have a few choices.

It it's a long running project, dig/till a new holding bed somewhere out of the way to hold the plants until they can be placed in their new locations. OR, if it's just a matter of moving them around, get a big tarp and place the plants on that in the shade for the day or two, covering the roots with the tarp to keep in the moisture.

You could pot them up if you can't dig a holding bed, but that's a lot more work.

You'll likely lose this years blooms, and the peony may sulk for a year, but all should pull through just fine.
