Anyone in Waldorf or Charles County?

Hi, I'm desperate to talk about plants to another fellow gardener. All of my friends are uninterested. My dh tries, but I get impatient repeating that a hosta is not a hydrangea and a hydrangea is not a salvia. If you live in the area, let me know!!

tabassam, I live over in Calvert County but grew up in Charles County. Have family over there too. I hope you like it there. Its built up alot over the years.

You could also post on somd.com. Its a great website with local info on it. If you go to the classified section of it you can post in the different sections.

Hello, I am in Waldorf too. I love to try my hand in the garden. While I have always had plants and flowers in my yard, I am new to gardening. This year is the first year I am attempting to collect some seeds. We have been in this house about five years. When we got here, we had an overgrown hodgepodge of plants. We cleared out all of the mess and are slowly building a nice garden. Now I have a few daylilies, roses, hydrangea, hosta, and cornflowers.
