myhosta.net only lists 'Epiphany' (yellow/green) as a sport of Paradigm. However, Fransen Hostas (Netherlands) lists 'Glitter' as an all-green sport of Paradigm. (However, myhosta.net refers to Glitter as a sport of 'Abiqua Recluse', so I am not really sure which is correct).

Okay, so I looked up Paradigm, which is a sport of Abiqua Recluse, which lists a solid green sport (as Wendy referred to) called Glitter. Wouldn't this be a sport of Paradigm though?

I can always call it a sport of Paradigm...but I was wondering if it had a name.

I'm confused by your comment, cbiidesigns... I see some pictures of Green Glitter in the Hosta Library but can't find any other references to it. Did somebody name a green Paradigm sport 'Green Glitter'?

(and since Glitter is already a green hosta looking just like this one, isn't it kind of redundant to call it Green Glitter?)

Glitter was named by Danny Van Eechaute in Belgium... and is not registered.

I'm a little confused about how a name becomes "legal." It's clearly not based on registration... or copyrigt... or trademark... or patent. Is it "publication" - like somebody picks a name and gives notice on a forum like this one?
