I have noticed a perennial coming up again this year (I also noticed it last year) and I was wondering if anyone can help with identifying it. The flowers (not yet blooming) resemble a black eyed susan plant and the leaves are dark green on top and look to have a red underside. The foliage is shiny and substantial looking while the flowers are a dark golden yellow. I'm guessing it is some kind of Rudbeckia but haven't been able to find it at any stores. Anyone have any idea what the name is? Thanks for any help.
