It is a good idea to put this here. There is so little action on the exchange page that I bet not many people ever look at it. Time for me to update my lists.

I, for one, am surely gonna try to get that day off. I've had to work for the last couple of get togethers and Im due for a fix of "green stuff" and a chance to meet more of the gardenweb faces that I have not yet met. (and it's always great to re-see you old guys- you know who you are! LOL)

I did not see the date for the exchange. could you please post it here on this forum. Also I am new to this do you have to have plants to exchange to get plants?

Please don't ask for these postings to be placed here on this "side", which is for discussions. There is a separate forum for our exchanges (with a link right above the list of topics). The guidelines ask for trades and such to be posted there, and they can be deleted from this forum, with a "gentle reminder" (or is it "friendly") sent to the "perpetrator".

I'm only pointing this out for those who might not be aware of the policy. I'm not defending or criticising the practice, only observing what I've seen/heard.

On the other hand, someone could post a link to that thread here...

I.... Uh..... would post a link- but I have no idea how to make Web TV act like a Mac- or even a PC... So, that leaves us the old fashioned way by clicking on the blue exchange at the the top of the forum- just before the first post for discussion-
It is good to know how to use these pages we have!
Please- look in exchanges post for more info- I look forward to seeing you there!

Open the thread you want to link. Highlight and "copy" the address bar at the top-open up the thread where you want the link to appear, put the curser in the optional link box and "paste"- name the link and post.

Thanks for the heads up, Julie! I don't see any wrong in posting here to let people know there is a post on the exchange page....but hey, that's just me.
