I collect small bundles of rosemary and thyme and tie them to a grapevine wreath which I hang in my kitchen to use during winter. They air dry.

Some herbs can be dried in the microwave and others frozen.

I use rosemary oil to make rosemary buns.

I've dehydrated one batch of parsley and it turned out beautiful! I'm working on my second batch and have enough for another small batch. I'm going to do the same with what little oregano I was able to salvage.

I sure will enjoy using herbs from my garden throughout the winter. I don't know what took me so long to try this!
