We live in Mpls where it tends to be a little warmer. Family members are moving into a new house in Mpls this month, but they don't get possession until the last week-end in October. I have some perennials I'd like to divide and give to them--primarily hostas, daylilies, siberian iris, & phlox. Will it be too late to do this this year? Will I need to wait until spring? Thanks.
