My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The forum has been very slow lately, but I did want to wish the best of 2011 to all of my gardening friends!

Looking forward to spring. I keep looking at the mounds of snow in my yard anf trying to think positive...."This is good insulation for my perennials...." LOL
