Went to a friend's garden on Sat and saw much in bloom, which alarmed me because my stuff was still underground. I thought I'd lost everything. Low and behold, I come home and ostrich fern and bleeding heart are in bloom, japonica, echinacea, and hosta are all peeking their heads out from their beds. Yippee!
