Arborist/Essex County Area

Hi, can anyone recommend an arborist/tree expert (rather than just someone who does tree pruning/removal) who can diagnose and advise on my old weeping cherry tree? It seems about half dead, very few leaves, and some of the roots appear to be rotting.

We had it trimmed in the spring, but it hasn't helped. I hate to have it taken down, but I'd like to find out sooner rather than later if we need to act on it, for fear of it breaking in the winter.
