flowering tree

I've seen these landscaping trees in condo communities and elsewhere, but I've got no pictures to share. I noticed them flowering in August. They have yellow flowerets that grow in a circular pattern. When the flowers fall off, the seeds are encased in yellowish green pods. Leaves are elliptical shaped, somewhat longish.
