First wait some years for the shrubs to get up to size. Since both are winter bloomers you probably don't want dead-looking vines on them at flowering time. So, maybe use something that you can cut down low each year, just before flowering time for the shrubs. Clematis x durandii might have the right level of vigor for the honeysuckle, C. vitifolia or one of its hybrid derivatives (Vitifolia clematis) for the wintersweet.

bboy, might you mean Clematis viticella rather vitifolia? Vitifolia is a very uncommon selection of clematis - I've never seen it offered locally or through any of the clematis specialty nurseries - but there are a huge number of viticellas and viticella hybrids on the market. They are an especially long blooming and extremely floriferous type of clematis and are best hard pruned to 12-18" early each spring and will put on a spectacular flower show from midsummer to frost.
