Tri Star was good but needed a lot of water to really be everbearing. One year I tried many varieties and liked Seascape a lot. A few years ago I was able to get Mar des Bois and that is my favorite for flavor and constant bearing. It seems like everyone has different tastes for strawberries.

Like Seacape as well. It does well for me.
I also like Tribute. - Later than Tristar but long harvest season

I planted Seascape last year and even though they were new they had tons of yummy berries.

Best strawberries I've grown along the coast are Albion. I grew Tri-star for a number of years but preferred the Albion for size, taste, and good growing habit.
