Hi,

I started some red onion and walla walla seedlings in the first week of February. They are now about 3" or so high - somewhat leggy, but otherwise doing well.

Is this too early to start hardening them off to go outside? Is the middle/late March too early for onion seedlings to be planted outside? I am going to be using a raised bed, but no row cover - the seedlings will be exposed to the elements.
