We are supposed to get frost and snow this weekend...grrrr.... and I will be out covering some of our more frost-sensitive plants such as banana (we just unwrapped it from its winter coat) and Kleim's Hardy gardenia. Last fall we planted 5 crabapples which are just opening their blossoms. Would it help to cover them if I can? I hate to lose this year's flowers. Cherries which are still only about 8 feet tall?
