Melissa asked on another post of mine if I had been to Funkai, and yes, my one and only visit. I wished I would have known about them sooner. I managed to buy a couple but most of what was left looked to be too large for my garden. I was mostly looking for some mini's but overall pleased with my choices.

I also purchase hostas from a local woman in North Branch from Homestead Perennials. Right now she is having a 50% off sale on everything, now thru Fri 9/4 9am to 5pm, closed Wed 9/2 and she is always closed on sundays. She offers hostas and other plants and does it from her home. She has a fairly large mailing list and so I was pleased to find out her business did well this year. 39245 Homestead Ave., North Branch. Hwy 35 to North Branch exit (Hwy 95), then east about 2 miles, then north on Homestead Ave. 2 blocks on right.

I have been very pleased with my hostas from her.

Right now very tired from fixing a very tired looking garden bed. Still needs some work but they always do.
