Both oregano and tarragon spread readily, but not as rampantly as the mint. And lemon verbena is not frost hardy, but can be grown indoors over winter. Which lavender is best depends on your intentions - English lavenders (Lavandula angustifolia ctvs.) tend to be most used for culinary purposes while the lavandins (Lavandula x intermedia ctvs.) have very high oil concentrations and are used primarily for scent or craft purposes. All can be very ornamental.
