Washingtonias palms

I have 3 palms. Two of them are Mediteranian. All 3 developed root where the frawns shoot out of the plant. I removed the rotted frawns. There are a few branches that are green still, but most of the leaves are brown. Are these plants dead and should I just buy new ones?

If the fronds are green, they aren't dead. Certainly sounds like frost damage.

Washingtonia (Mexican and California Fan Palms) are not generally hardy here.

Mediterranean Fan Palms (Chamaerops humilis) are more cold tolerant.

Windmill Fan Palms (Trachycarpus fortunei) are even more cold tolerant.
