Sorry can't help you as to where to get a rose.Just a little info wanted to share with you about roses.Do you want a rose grafted or grown on its own roots.The roses you named are relatively easy to care for, but this time of the year is not the best time to plant a rose.In the fall (NOV , Dec) is generaly better.You have it all prep and then you can plant it.Much better timing for it.You can have it all ready and when you get your rose ( bare) it will establish the roots system and have better luck.Early spring ( March ) is also a better time not to mention better selection.

Check out Molbak's in Woodinville, Raft Island Roses in Gig Harbor, Christianson's in Mt. Vernon. They carry the most popular roses in large quantities and larger sizes. You might also find something at Antique Rose Farm in Snohomish.

If you look up the rose in helpmefind.com they have a source guide that might help.

I tend to buy bands and I move them up and let them get bigger before planting in the ground in fall, but a 3 gallon plant from a nursery now would have no problem if kept watered well.
