What kind of furniture are you looking to place in these spaces? What type of entertaining will you be doing? Do you need a lot of space, storage, seating? Any further information you could add would be helpful.

Im looking for contemporary.
I need to fit kitchen (Sink, oven, hob, hood and fridge freezer) and dinning ( table of 4 ext to 6 would be great) A TV Unit and sofa are a must have and if possible a fire place (can be combined with the tv unit). At the entry maybe a mirror and a small furniture under it.

Not sure is the floor plan continues in the bottom below "1450", but another option is to have the kitchen near the door to the stairs and have the dining room on the upper right so it gets a window.

Considering the layout of your house I think it would make the most sense to put the living room by the entry, dining room off the patio door and kitchen in upper right. There are some interesting things you can do to use the most of your space. Something interesting I have seen done is by one of our designers here at Gabberts. I’ll give you the link to the picture.
