Adding lobster water to gardens

Hello everyone, This is my first time in the Garden Forum. I am just cleaning out the cooking pot (ugh!) from lobsters last night. Usually I just dump it out on the grass but was wondering if it's okay to put it in my watering can and pour it around plants. It's pretty fishy! I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing for the plants. (We don't have a problem with animals.)

If I can use it, are there any plants better suited to it? Vegetables, flowers, shrubs, perennials?

Thanks!
