they are sold as mulch! Use them as mulch. :)

I love to get my hands on free ones, and use them where the darn neighborhood cat thinks the litter box is. Keeps the cat out. :)

I use to eat a lot of pecan and peanuts. I threw the hulls, old potting soil and the saw dust from the shop into what I called "My Rooting Bed". It was on the north side of the house in front of the breezeway so it got lots of air flow. I have never had a better bed.

Thanks. They went in the flower beds. One is an azalea bed. With the rain were having should get worked into the soil.

Yea, sorie6!!! I would have suggested as mulch in azalea beds or around blueberries. They're good mulch for acid lovers. I have actually paid for large bags at a local nut processing place.

And it's fun to watch any local squirrels try to ravage any little nut pieces.....
