depends how successful you are.. just like i said in the post yesterday ....

try the FAQ's ... try the search .. for lots of info ...

if you are wildly successful ... you will be wishing.. in march.. that you started a little later.. with frost free day months away ...

if you are so so successful .. late may will be there with plenty of time to spare ...

if you fail.. it doesn't matter.. lol ...

i started about 1/1 last year... cleaned seeds during football games.. and planted directly.... and the last frost date came.. just about the time i was tired of messing with them in the house..

Now would be a good time to start sowing indoors
A month ago would have been fine too (or two months ago)
In a month or in two months is OK
Sowing outdoors now is fine, the seeds will know when to germinate.
Outdoors sowing in spring is OK
Summer sowing: can be done.

If you sow 10,000's of seeds indoors early, you'll need a lot of space.

thanks, glad to know it doesn't seem to matter. I had great success last year with the few that I started. I won't worry about too early! I will make space if I need to!
