Wine Grapes

Years ago I got some cuttings of Cabernet Sauvingon wine grapes from a local winery. I rooted them and set them out on some land I own near Ringwood Ok. It is in an area that is mostly Blackjack oak trees very sandy soil and grapes grow wild there. I don't spray them or give them much care. I do prune them some, probably too much. They bloom and set grapes but always get some disease and I never get any grapes. I am thinking of removing them and giving up but the vines are well established and about 3 or 4 inches across at the base. I saw a variety in Stark Bros. catalog called Traminette that make a nice white table wine. Any one have any advice on spraying Etc.? I hate using chemicals. Should I grub them out? Thanks
