I'm wondering if it is Okay to start the Giant Amaranth in seedling pots. I don't have very many and wish to have as much growing as possible.

Can it handle being transplanted?

You weren't kidding about the Jersualem Artichokes! They're crazy desperate to spread and they're potted at 18" tall because it's been too cold. I really have a lot of room and want to plant anything and everything possible to help my Bermuda removal process. I think I'll risk these in ground now that I have so much room. Will I regret it? Right now anything growing in ground besides Bermuda is welcome.

The two sweet potatoes you sent me have such GORGEOUS leaves. I'm considering putting a slip or two up in the front planter just because they're so pretty. This is a 4x4 area cleared but surrounded by bermuda lawn. Can I put two in this small of an area?

I lost the Flor de Beladra and Black Maur to freeze, but one. I have started more. I'm wishing for some miracle growth before the weather gets too hot. Ha! I like living on the edge.
