use for citrus fertilizer?

We moved to Kirkland, east of Seattle, 3 years ago from So Cal. In cleaning out the garage, I found a bottle of Miracle Grow Citrus plant food, and am wondering if any plants in PNW would be helped by using it, or if I should take it back to So Cal with me so friends could use it.

It's 13-7-13 13% Nitrogen, 7% Phosphate, 13% Potash.

You can use it in the spring on anything that needs help with green topgrowth and root formation. Even on the new roses or rhododendrons that you will plant in the spring. Don't use it on plants that are established and the only thing you want is flowers.
