Hello All,

I'm a rookie gardener here, stumbling through my first season of growing potatoes in 5 gallon buckets. I learned that maybe they aren't big enough to accommodate potatoes as we got a few from each plant, and they were kinda small. So next year we'll be planting the potatoes in much larger containers.

Here's my question: now that the buckets have been emptied, what can we do with the dirt? I know that it's not good sometimes to plant in dirt that has grown other plants, but I don't know the rules regarding potatoes. I've got the dirt in a tarp on my lawn and would like to dispose of it somewhere. Should I put it in a pile and build a raised bed? Or what? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
