Small bathroom remodel...white tiles or beige tones or other?

I am about to start a remodel on a small guest bathroom. I already have the vanity (see photo) and had found a houzz remodel which I liked ( photo attached). Selected beige porcelain tile and am now second guessing the look of beige tile. I like the look of white tiles , feels clean and timeless. I also like the look of the penny tile pictured. Would The penny tile work with the vanity I have? The bathroom will be gutted, tub removed. Your input would be so appreciated!

I think the beige tile you picked out are very sleek.

I really like the tiles on the right in the picture above. And i also love the honeycomb tiles in the above picture. Very classy.

Porcelain penny rounds are also great for floors, a little more traditional styling, but still a great look -

I love the idea of the penny tiles but would worry about the grout getting dirty since there would be almost as much grout as there will be tiles on the floor.

There are grout sealers available that make them easier to clean and maintain.

There may be grout sealers; but, trust me they are not fool proof. I would not do the penny tiles. I also would not do white grout ever again. Also, it depends on the type of soil that you are located near as well or if you have a yard that you and your family members frequent as to how hard it is to keep grout lines clean. If you live in New York City or someplace like that it might not be a problem.

Thanks everyone for your advice. Starting the bathroom remodel tomorrow. Trying to keep it within the budget of 6,000.00 and so far it looks like we will make budget. Of course it all depends on what they find when they gut the bathroom! Hopefully no hidden damages. I will post the pictures after the remodel is complete.

Katiekirkendall, I love the look of white tile in bathrooms and that will be what I will do in the master bathroom ( with the help of a designer!). For this remodel, I went with the beige tile , trying to get close to the houzz designer bathroom that I fell in love with. Day 2 of the remodel and so far on track. :)
