Beautiful, love it. Have had the same pitting, someone told me there is a mite specific to Phaelis. Rubbed it down with alcohol which seems to have arrested the problem.

Nice plant, the orange name part, is a bit of a puzzle.

Inga, I remember thinking the same thing, first time it bloomed. The only orange is a little orange 'eye' in the flower.

Nick, I tried that many times but I'm not consistent. Never got it on any other plants. I'm going to try a systemic insecticide and see if it does anything. Doesn't seem to affect the health of the plant, just makes the leaves look horrible.
